Ocean Life
They say everyone has a passion. I know mine is the Ocean and all that dwells within it. I could sit all day and listen to the sound of the crashing waves hitting the rocks and sand. I love how the salty smell of the misty air entrances me. To see the ocean life become alive around me as I sit upon a large driftwood that has become one of the beaches decorations. I think it is most amazing when you sit upon a rock and just watch the seagulls dance in the air and then look down and see all the crabs come out of their hiding places and the starfish decorate the rocks with colors of happiness. Out on the shallow waters you can see kids splashing gleefully about, searching for sea shell very carefully. Out int the waters you can see passengers on ships enjoying the performances of the otters, jumping dolphins and breaching whales. I sit there and smile as the sun shines down, upon the invisible diamonds that we see upon each wave. We may try to catch them by dipping our hands into the water, only to let the crystal water slip through our fingertips. The water, oh how it glistens calling out for all. Adventure awaits, to explore the world unknown. What must it be like? I wonder. To be living in the sea. To know the wonders of the ocean secrets, if only I had the key to the sea. My heart is a glow and the love I have shows. How the ocean makes me ever so joyous. It seems to have a refreshing way about it upon my spirit and I am grateful for one of God's gifts to us.
The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns. All streams run to the sea, but the sea is not full; to the place where the streams flow, there they flow again.
